CYBER Change Begins

Empowering young people through digital skills, entrepreneurship, and participation

As we step into a new year full of possibilities and new beginnings, we are excited to announce the launch of the “CYBER Change – Competent Youth Builders: Entrepreneurship, Resilience and Digital Skills for Change” project under the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in the field of Youth programme, supported by the European Union.

CYBER Change is delivered through a consortium of youth organizations with extensive experience in the field, led by the Romanian ASOCIATIA COPIII IN SANUL FAMILIEI – FoRC and includes as partners Centre for Youth and Social Development from Serbia, MIOS from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Forum MNE from Montenegro, and IDCSI from Kosovo*. The group of partners aims at enhancing the capabilities of civil society organizations and also at empowering young people and especially girls and young people with fewer opportunities.

The project encompasses a series of crucial issues, including lack of access to cyber skills, entrepreneurial education, and youth participation in the Western Balkans and Romania. By ensuring a structured form of cooperation between the Programme and the partner countries, the CYBER Change project enables the development of innovative approaches in non-formal education among youth organisations.

Within a 24-month timeframe, the CYBER Change will deliver its approach through a chain of interlinked activities like needs assessment and research at the local level, manual and educational tool development for training, capacity-building trainings for youth workers, study visits and peer learning exchanges, peer education activities with youth involvement, local advocacy activities, and youth-led campaigns.

All activities are aimed at encouraging non-formal, participatory, and inclusive learning, and ensuring that the models, materials, and tools developed during the project life cycle are put to continued use by the youth organizations after the project ends.

Stay tuned for exciting events and opportunities in the year ahead!
