  1. Digital skills:

Whether you’re looking for a new job or want to start your own business, digital skills are the key to success. Through our six-months course we will provide all of you with new knowledge as well as enhance your skills in ICT technologies. During this course, you’ll explore the meaning of digital and how it’s changing the way we work and live. You will enhance your capacities in the following fields: Computer business usage & Introduction to Internet; Design level & Web Design; Social Media Marketing; Web Development and CMS WordPress. You’ll discover digital’s impact on industries and jobs and consider the opportunities and challenges it brings. The goal of this course is to get you equipped with the knowledge and skills needed for employment or internship. With interactive work and with experienced mentors, we will enhance your practical knowledge, preparation for employment and realistic work on commercial projects. We will supplement theoretical knowledge through lectures, practical homework and joint work on projects.

Boris Banjac

BSc. degree, Economics- Faculty of Economics, University of Montenegro

With significant experience, he manages daily operational and tactical aspects, organize, document, and monitor status of the project in order to achieve goals. He has experience as Product owner for: Software for electoral votes, DMS and CMS software’s, etc. He coordinates of software development and graphic design teams in Software development projects in accordance with AGILE methodology. His digital skills are: Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), PDF editor, Google Chrome, E-mail, diverse platforms (Zoom, Meets, Skype, Webmax), Trello, Adobe XD Slack, JIRA.

Drazen Stojović

Design manager- Amplitudo

He has more than 6 years of experience in design fields including graphic design, branding, motion graphics, and user interface. Now he is a Lead UX/UI designer, leading and mentoring a team of young and passionate talents, including interns, illustrators, and graphics designers. Past year he got a chance to teach web design on the Faculty of Visual Arts to 3rd-grade students. He says that he had always been fascinated by art and the fact that technology came to make things even easier by providing computer apps and mobile apps that are used to design and come up with something exciting. He successfully created user experience and user interface for mobile and web applications, portals and landing pages all in cooperation with a team of developers.

Stefan Aleksic

He is experienced Marketing Manager with a demonstrated history of working in the information technology and marketing industry. He is leader one of the largest marketing team in Montenegro. He says that marketing managers control all of the communication between a company and its customers, and much more than you would think. He hits goals of the company but it is never the work of just one person. Regarding this, he also has to motivate his team. He does online and offline marketing for the needs of the company. He has over 50 clients from the country and abroad.

Bojan Lozo

Software Engineer

He is experienced Senior Web Developer with a significant professional experience in back-end programming languages, data migration and database design. He works on developing enterprise-grade web applications alongside with database developing and planning the project stages. He technically leading the team of developers trying to develop complex web application for the governmental service. Experienced in all project phases using Agile Methodologies and tools such as JIRA. Using PHP, Laravel and Spring Boot. Developed custom workflow management for handling documents. Acquired basic skills in Angular.

Miloš Janković

Specialist (spec. sci) of Information technologies

He is experienced ICT developer and web administrator with history of successful web development consultancy for eminent businesses and companies. He is responsible for both back-end and front- end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins. He has a combination of programming skills PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript. He has a strong understanding of industry trends and content management systems. Experience with responsive and adaptive design. Also, he understands the entire web development process, including design, development, and deployment is preferred.

  1. Soft skills:

Soft skills are highly valued on the labour market. They include a set of skills a person can apply in different workplaces and industries. Within the soft skills course you’ll complete three different modules:

Business communication- I module

Personal skills redesign: creating and improving success strategies – II module

Conflict transformation – Regional

Each module includes theory and practical work, and lasts for 4 days. First two modules will take place in Podgorica, while regional module will be held in Bosnia and Herzegovina where you will get a chance to meet young people from Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, Kosovo and Albania.

Within this course you will have the opportunity to develop a proactive approach to problems that arise at the workplace, critical thinking skills, learn to communicate efficiently, successfully work within a team using individual capacities as a resource, develop resilience and self-esteem in order to provide adequate answers to the fast changes and stressful situations at work, use conflicts as a resource for development.

  1. Career counseling;

Career skills course offers you the opportunity to get to know yourself in the light of your career and future in an exciting and different way than ever before. Along the way, we will help you design your career goals, and with the support of counselors and work with a group of peers, you will create your career plan, steps that lead you to achieveing your goal. You will have the opportunity to work with a counselor 1-on-1 , in small and large groups. During the course, you will get to know yourself better, understand the world of work, define your goals, design and take the first steps towards the goal. Most importantly, you will leave the course with practical knowledge and skills such as writing a resume, creating a profile, presentations and communication with future employers. All this with a lot of support, in a fun and interactive way.

Bojana Perović

She took a break from her psychology studies at “La Sapienza” University in Rome, when she got recruited by a Disney Cruise Line agent. Long story short: she fell in love with recruitment and decided to grow in that direction 🙂 Her freelance and agency experience after studies led her towards establishing her own recruitment and career consulting business, with a mission to make job search easier and fun!

  1. Showcase day

After completing the 6-month training program, you will get the opportunity to connect with potential employers. At the public event called “showcase day” you will get the chance to present your work to potential employers from the IT sector, SMEs business and CSO representatives that will be invited as potential employers. You’ll get a chance to show off what you’ve learned, presenting and answering questions posed by the employers. This will be a one-off opportunity to present both your soft skills and technical skills, presenting your final project, and marketing yourself as a professional in the IT field looking for employment.
