SERVICE LEARNING FOR MORE INCLUSIVE COMMUNITIES
The aim of the project is to introduce service learning as a tool for educational practitioners to take active role in whole child development working strongly in supporting success of every child. Through the project, the introduction and promotion of service learning in formal and non- formal education in Montenegro continues.
The project included 65 young people from 3 municipalities (Budva, Nikšić and Podgorica) who actively participated in all phases from planning to implementation of projects, where they closely cooperated with the community in solving identified problems, while developing a set of key competencies for lifelong learning.
14 service learning projects were implemented, tackling different topics such as: the prevention of peer violence, healthy lifestyles, legal literacy, sexual education, mental health, etc.
Implementation period: 01.10.2020.- 30.09.2022.
