Overall objective is to contribute to the creation of a sustainable, structured, and impactful youth work system in Montenegro that empowers young people and fosters their active engagement in community development and the preservation of cultural heritage. 

Specific objectives:

• SO1. To equip 15 representatives of civil society organizations, youth services, educational institutions, local youth offices, and/or young people with the skills, knowledge, and practical experience needed to effectively engage and support youth participation in community development and the preservation of cultural heritage.
• SO2. To strengthen youth engagement in local development by involving at least 100 young people in structured youth work activities specifically designed to promote active participation in community development and the preservation of cultural heritage.
