The purpose of the project is to improve the learning environments and quality of education to children with special educational needs, beneficiaries of the Resource Centre for Children and Youth “Podgorica”.

The project seeks to secure equal access to education of children with special educational needs during the COVID-19 pandemic, by providing the Resource Centre with core equipment and professional training to the Centre’s staff. The project will also improve cooperation of the Centre and pupils’ parents, who are one the key actors in education of children with special educational needs, especially in setting up and supporting home learning environment.
