#02HERO PROGRAM HAS STARTED!
Forum MNE together with local partners started implementation of #02hero training program for 50 young people in Podgorica.
Within the Call for youth, 263 applications were received, and 128 young people were selected to participate in the interview based on pre-established criteria.
The interviews were organized by Forum MNE team with representatives of organizations which will implement digital skills course in order to divide selected candidates into A or B group, based on their interests and experience.
The signing of the contracts with 50 selected participants took place on November 1, followed by the first 02hero activities.
The four-day soft skills training was a great opportunity for young people to get to know each other and learn more about communication skills, emotions, empathy, feedback, corporate culture and work ethic, data protection, etc.
This was followed by activities within digital skills course and meetings within the career counseling program, which are activities that will take place in parallel over the next 6 months.
In order to improve the skills and knowledge of participants and help them prepare for Showcase day, Forum MNE supported the following organizations: Forum for the promotion of IT solutions and communication strategies and Business Center within Digital skills course, as well as Active zone and Association for Children and Youth – Home within the Career counseling program.
Program is part of the regional project “My career from zero to hero- Strengthening networks of Western Balkan CSOs to implement one-stop-shop youth employability model for future jobs of 4.0. digital revolution”, implemented in Montenegro by Forum MNE in cooperation with the Centre for Youth Work (Serbia), CEM (BiH), TOKA (Kosovo) and YSC (Albania), with financial support from the European Union and the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media.
